Voted 10/10 | Heh heh! Thanks. I blame the photographer, but, yeah, I was feeling pretty good at the time! It was a great trip for dramatic photos. | | Posted May 25, 2005 12:22 am |

Hasn't voted | Actually, the snow climb up the couloir was a piece of cake. It was the downclimb of Kelso Ridge which was tricky. | | Posted May 29, 2005 9:48 pm |

Hasn't voted | I have always recommended not to downclimb Kelso unless someone in the party has done it before going up. Glad to see you guys made it safely. Great trip report, too! | | Posted May 31, 2005 11:03 am |

Hasn't voted | Nice photo! I went up Dead Dog on May 28th w/ the Colorado Mountain Club. Haven't developed the pics yet, but I know they're going to be great! Grats on a safe descent of Kelso ridge. | | Posted Jun 2, 2005 12:16 pm |

Hasn't voted | You were invited - you could have even caught the Boulder carpool! ;-)
Nelson, Fabio, and I are trying to pull something together for the weekend of June 18th and 19th. It won't be Torreys, but I'll keep you in the email loop.

Hasn't voted | How would a winter ascent of this Dead dog coliour be? and also how long is it to the top on this? Thanks great pic.

Hasn't voted | A winter ascent would be very dependent on snow conditions which are very unpredictable in winter. I would not attempt it unless I was expert at diagnosing avy conditions. In this photo we are pretty close to the top, perhaps 100-200' feet or so. | | Posted Oct 12, 2007 12:06 pm |
