ZigZag is 5.7; Springboard is about 5.8, I believe. Higher if you're heavier. (The "springboard" is a straight, slender, horizontal cedar. The more you weigh, the higher you have to reach for that first hold on the rock.) Someone else will have to tell you about Undercover.

Zig-zag pitch 1/2/3 = 5.6/5.7/5.3??
Undercover (better option for P2 = 5.7
Springboard = 5.8+
