Hasn't voted | Hey thanks! To answer your question, that is Mt. Jefferson. Secondly, you are correct in guessing that that is snow. There were quite a few snowfields still left around the "above treeline" area on Mt. Washington and the Presidentials. If you have any more questions let me know but thanks and happy trails!
