You should try this peak from its North Ridge near the highway, north of the falls. (Near Beauty Creek hostel, which is a nice rustic little hostel, by the way.) Check out the photo of it in my Columbia Icefield page, Icefield Parkway section. It gets more technical as you get higher, and the exposure increases as well as you get higher. Bit of a headwall-rock chimney near the top. Used to be a pretty good glacier up there about 5 years ago, but several dry years in a row have probably just about killed it.



More snow on the peaks this year than in the past 3 or 4 years. Cheers CW
