Heading up the J-pipe Express trail, after doing a few switchbacks on the Rocky Mountain trail, look for this stump on the LEFT side of the trail. The trail splits here. You want to continue straight (north). Going left, or west, takes you to the summit of ROCKY MOUNTAIN.
