The Crystal Mill

The 4WD road between Marble and Crystal follows the Crystal River. As you approach Crystal, look for the Crystal Mill, pictured here. This historic structure was falling apart 10 years ago when I saw it, but some restoration work has taken place to save it. (July 2005)

I saw this place in a postcard, but the trees have combusted to their glowing fall colors. It's nice to see a green perspective!
