Voted 10/10 | Nice exposure.....both the ridge and the photo. It would be nice to see a human form highlighted against the clouds. :^) | | Posted Sep 4, 2005 6:47 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks man! I would love that too but there was no one around, and that also wasn't a bad thing. I my party I was last on the rope because I wanted to have people in front view and this was a look back :^) | | Posted Sep 4, 2005 8:02 pm |

Voted 10/10 | How'd you manage to get the contrasts? What kind of camera did you take the photo with? | | Posted Nov 17, 2005 10:29 am |

Hasn't voted | Thanks Attila! I have Olympus C8080 camera. Settings were aperture -0.3 and contrast +3, if I remember correctly. I like to get the optimum at the spot, as much as it is possible, so that I don't have to do much at home. I approach each photo individually and do what is necessary for each shot because one type of setting does not work for all situations. At home I added bit more contrast to the shot and darkened it a bit + necessary sharpening after the resize.
Cheers,
