This is the upper sections of the CMC route after passing by Drizzlepuss, Onsoeld's Needle, and traversing out onto the face. Only one short 5th class move is needed on the left side of the face which makes for a good downclimb to the rappel stations above Onsoeld's Needle. Fun low 5th class climbing makes going up much more fun on the right side of the face up and into a small gully not too far from the Black Dike. After exiting the gully near the top of it, unrope and scramble up the last 300 ft. of 3rd class to the top. September 4, 2005. Copyright attm.
