Voted 10/10 | I don't know whether it's the light, the clouds, or the mystique of the place, but I find this picture very evocative. Too bad for the lens flare left of center. Voted 10/10 | I have read quite a lot about the Eiger Nordwand. I think about this climb of yours with a great esteem! Honestly! Even to imagine an occasional bad situation up there far from any kind of help...huh man...scary!
In august 2006 we met a few dudes on the tracks under the North Face, and they talked about some Nordwand climbers they had just seen. They said to be people carved of granite!!!
