The south face of Olympus Mons as seen in the summer of 2059. This photo was taken from the tube transport line while traveling to Tharsis City located at the base of the peak. Although the south face is bare, by winter the northeast face will have enough carbon dioxide snow for skiing.
OK really this is a composite I made from a NASA photo of the Martian surface and a photo of Mt. Fuji by Yushiaki Ichoijo ;-)

Hasn't voted | For low angle skiing, you can always increase your speed by adding rockets like C.J. "Turbo" Turner did when he raced in the 1999 Derby de la Meije in La Grave, France.
