Kirpich in all it's beauty. Mirdi-Dalar pass is a saddle on the left. There is another route(3B Russian Grade) from the pass up the ridge. It has very stable rocks but is extremely steep. Photo is by Michael Golubev

Years ago Uzun-Kol was very popular with climbers from Slovenia. I remember how I admired their equipement which was so much better than Russian (mostly boots and backpacks).
