Voted 10/10 | I don't know if I would've undertaken a technical traverse as commiting as this one in the Colorado Rockies with clouds like that! Kudos for the daring to do this under the given conditions! Hasn't voted | It was sketchy, but I think I was quite naive at the time. Little Bear was my first CO 14er back on July 4, 1999. It was a typical monsoonal pattern that year. Most if not all of the traverse was done in a shroud of clouds. I think my decision boiled down to 1) do the traverse or 2) descend the Class 4 (wet) hourglass.
