Unnamed Arch [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Unnamed Arch
This bizarre and unique rock formation is found in a remote and lonely location in Capitol Reef National Park. Few people will ever see this sight in person. Those with some determination, that enjoy a challenge, will! Fall, 2005.

Very interesting story--I always love a good challenge and might have to devote some time to undetaking this orienteering challenge. But are you saying this rock formation is only 3 ft high? What a perspective!

That's correct. When I first saw a photo of this thing, I thought it would be quite large and spectacular! But it is in fact small, which makes it harder to find! It's an amazing formation though, nonetheless.
