A rock/dirt formation off of Capitol Mesa on the trail to the Lighthouse. This shows more of the typical stratified rock and vibrant colors characteristic of Palo Duro Canyon.

This formation isn't actually The Lighthouse, but part of a nearby complex called Capitol Mesa. The Lighthouse can be seen here.
