The indistinct couloir to the right is the Couloir des Cosmiques, a classic Chamonix ski descent. The more direct one is a bit misleading - the top half is the steep couloir you can see right under the Midi bridge. Just hidden is the wide Glaciar Rond, which bisects the thin top couloir and the bottom one - the latter is the exit couloir of the Glaciar Rond ski descent.
