Traversing the last and longest of the wonderful knife-edge snow ridges on Bancroft's East Ridge Direct route. The Indirect route joins here and the ridge becomes a steep mess of 3rd and 4th class rock. The technical crus lies just at the other end of this snow ridge. April 23, 2006.
