Hasn't voted | Correct - I think trees grow to about 1500ft maximum in the UK, though this is very much dependent on sheltered location, above this it is mostly too wet and windy. We are about on the same latitude as Labrador, though it is much warmer here because of the north atlantic drift which brings warm water up from the tropics to our shores. | | Posted Jan 4, 2007 1:54 pm |
