nice view! I dont think I have ever been anywhere looking straight down 5000 feet outside of an airplane.

Thanks, it certianly is an impressive view, unfortunatley I did not get to enjoy it long as I had to hurry down (a long way to tree line) to avoid an afternoon thunderstorm.

Thanks for this. I've explored the Canadian Rockies extensively and am titillated to know that just over the border the range continues in comparable grandeur! The profile and relief of this mountain are reminiscent of Mt. Stephen in Yoho National Park...
