8/3/06: Close-up of the ascent gully and traverse ledge on S. Maroon Peak, Colorado, standard route. The gully to the left is another option. Stay to the right of the gully to climb the most solid rock. In any case, the rock is loose and only one person should ascend at a time. And wear a helmet!!!
