Middle and Right Couloirs
10-Sept-2006: Current conditions in Middle and Right Couloirs. Didn't climb the middle one, so what you see is what you get :)


Right couloir was all neve. The schrund stretches all the way across the couloir. Looked to be some rock that could be climbed on the left side, but otherwise about 10-12 feet of 70-75 degree neve (no I didn't measure it :) which ought to be easy for someone comfortable at WI3 or so. The neve made for pretty easy climbing. Ice may start to form first in the runnel just to the left of center, but I guess we'll see ...
