Hasn't voted | thanks. i was really close to this guy when i took the photo, the camera was maybe two feet away while he was munching on that tuft of a shrub. there was a group of 3 ptarmigans that got pretty comfortable living around us for a few weeks while we were at a remote camp. this one almost ate out of my hand but hissed at me when i got too close. | | Posted Sep 15, 2006 1:17 am |
