Thanks Anita, I was a little nervous as I knew a big storm was due and I could see stuff moving in from the east and west at the same time, thus the nice sunrise, but it held off nicely for a day. We just got a foot of snow in Canmore, don't have to go much higher to get into 4 feet. Cheers.

thank you, this was actually a sunrise! a grand solo climb without seeing another soul on the whole trip in or out except for my wife who accompanied me across the glacier on the back side..unusual opportunity to have Assiniboine to myself like that...cheers
