Voted 10/10 | Looks the same as it did in 1983. It's awesome character ... on Rainier's southwest side. SouthRaker, THANKS for voting on my "GINGHAM SKIRTS BUTTE" picture. Just thought you should know, it's rock is very unstable; contains bentonite or "swelling clay." Happy climbing!!! I WANT AN OLYMPUS camera, please! | | Posted Oct 11, 2007 8:47 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks for checking it out. I was really blown away at the beauty of this area, it was way more scenic than I had expected. Thanks again. | | Posted Oct 14, 2007 5:07 pm |

Voted 10/10 | This side is not often photographed. I love those fall colors too. | | Posted Oct 19, 2007 1:41 pm |

Hasn't voted | Thanks gimp! I think most would agree that fall colors make for some of the best scenery. This is no exception... and it was even more beautiful in person! | | Posted Oct 20, 2007 7:08 pm |
