Voted 10/10 | I'm guessing the junipers are the cone shaped conifers. And of course the quaking aspen are obvious. What species are those orange brown trees? Is that the correct hue or are they actually a more brown? I've been hoping to work Boulder Mountain then Zion some fall and may try and work this more northerly beautiful Logan Canyon area in too since I've seen some other nearby impressive areas. | | Posted Oct 13, 2008 12:57 am |

Hasn't voted | Thanks Dave! I thought the orange brown trees were maples but I’m not sure. These were the actual colors of the trees. They are usually bright red during peak season in autumn. All of those areas that you mention are impressive. I love going to Zion in spring and fall. Logan Canyon is beautiful as well as the Wasatch Mountains. | | Posted Oct 16, 2008 8:12 pm |
