Is this picture at a correct angle, or is it slightly off camber, either way it looks pretty intense.

Yeah it's "slightly off camber". The way I held the camera and where I was standing above Dan made it seems steeper than it is. Although, the exposure is still there! This side of Quandary has a 5+ rated route up.

I've done that route or I should say an off-route variation of it. It was extremely loose.

The 5+ route? If so, tell me more! How was it...besides loose?

I'm assuming you're talking about Inwood Arête? Once we got past the Knife Edge, we soloed up this chimney and then got lost. Up until the point where we got lost, it was great. After exiting the chimney, we cut left. The rock was extremely loose. I know that alpine and loose are pretty much synonymous but this was over the top. Would love to go back and do it right.

Sorry...I forget the name of the route. I just remember reading (Roach?) that Quandary had a 5+ rated route on it's north side. What exactly is it rated?

I think is was 5.4. It probably is Inwood: http://www.mountainproject.com/v/colorado/alpine_rock/quandary_peak/105751939?highlightphrase=inwood&

Nice shot.

He's o.k. I guess. Too bad this pic is on the front page. It's moving up my albumn to #1 but I don't think it's that great. I've got plenty better!
