Johnny Long Mountain and Bald Mountain reflected in the Pend Oreille River. The river is very large here and gradually merges out of the massive lake so its not clear what is lake and what is river. For practical purposed, this area is a lake. These low montains represent the southern end of the Idaho section of the Selkirk Mountains. This piece of water is almost always smooth in the mornings and provides incredible water skiing.
