Looking east from the side of Bald Mountain. Haydens Peak (12,479) is just left of center, and Mt.Agassiz (12,428) on the right, stand as a silent boundary to the High Uintas Wilderness. Beyond this range is a hikers delight. Opportunities are limitless in this, the only mountain range in the lower 48 to have an east/west configuration.
