They made it to about a 100m from the summit, but had to give up because of bad ice/snow conditions. From there they skied down.

wow....100m meter from summit!! Congratulations to your friends!! I'm not sure I could find the courage to sky down....:-)) probably not:-) you are right..it seems very steep..

Voted 10/10 | I'm definately climbing this peak in the next five years!!! And that isn't just talk. You've got close enough with this photo Marco to show that the quality of the granite looks very good as with many of the peaks in this area.

Yes..I have some other picture I'll put by next days. (I just have to find the time) I have been lucky, for some days the wheather was perfect, monsoon tail was passed some days before.
