Minuteman Spire [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Minuteman Spire
E Face of Minuteman Spire from Hwy 20; the early morning sunlight highlights the face. The climbing route starts at the left toe [of the spire] climbs straight up 2 to 3 pitches on the left edge then makes a rising traverse across the lumpy rock, below the light-colored patch, to the right side of the spire. From there you climb up to a pedestal below the shield (visible above the roof) and then up the shield to the summit (covered in snow). May 12th, '07.
