The water of Lago di Ritom has a beautiful blue/greenish colour. This area in the northern part of Ticino is really amazing for a nice day-hike.

| MikeTX | Nice colors! | |
Hasn't voted | The colors are very nice! Interesting how the lake's shore is completely devoid of vegetation. | | Posted Jun 19, 2007 12:47 pm |
 | | Lodewijk | Re: Nice colors! | |
Hasn't voted | Thank you very much! The shore is out of vegetation because the lake is a reservoir! The water dropped to a lower level, that's why vegetation is absent! Thanks for your vote! Cheers Lo | | Posted Jun 19, 2007 1:38 pm |
| camerona91 | Saturation? | |
Voted 10/10 | Is it just me or are the colours so vivid because the saturation is cranked way up? Just curious, not trying to offend. | | Posted Jun 19, 2007 9:23 pm |
 | | Lodewijk | Re: Saturation? | |
Hasn't voted | Hi, I adjusted it a little,It is a little sharpened and slightly more colored, but in a way that it looks almost the same as the original. So there isn't much saturation done here! But I can understand what you mean! Thanks for your comment!, Cheers Lodewijk | | Posted Jun 20, 2007 8:08 am |

Voted 10/10 | Wow, that's really cool then. The lighting is neat. Congrats on a great picture then. (I asked because I don't like a picture quite as much when people make pictures look spectacular simply by cranking the saturation on scenery pictures.) | | Posted Jun 20, 2007 8:39 pm |
 | | Lodewijk | Re: Saturation? | |
Hasn't voted | Hi, yes I understand and I agree. I think adjusting a picture is oke, but when it doesn't look like the original anymore because of saturation or other things, I don't like that!
Thanks for your comments! Cheers Lo | | Posted Jun 21, 2007 12:07 pm |
