This is not my photo but is such a good shot I put it here anyway.

This is by "Mark Lowell" taken from the summit of Colvin and it shows Gothics, Saddleback and Basin with the comet Hale-Bopp the Moon and the Northeren Lights. Quite the combination. Check out the ADK 46ers link below for the full story.

This photo is unbelievable, how often are the northern lights visible in the 'dacks?

	Hasn't voted	Actully when he took the photo he did not notice the northern lights there were too dim for the naket eye. they only showed up o the photo
