Hm I don`t know? I think they are chamois because they have small horns. Why do you think they are steinbocks?

Also I'd say they are steinbocks. Young steinbocks have also small horns, but still different than chamois. Niso gladki.

I think they are steinbocks because... I know steinbocks and chamois! ;-)

For real: the colours of the coats it's different; the horns of chamois are black and hook-shaped, the steinbocks horn are more rounded; other difference in the shape of the muzzle...
In your picture, they have small horns because they are a female and a pup...
