Voted 10/10 | I think they are steinbocks because... I know steinbocks and chamois! ;-)
For real: the colours of the coats it's different; the horns of chamois are black and hook-shaped, the steinbocks horn are more rounded; other difference in the shape of the muzzle...
In your picture, they have small horns because they are a female and a pup...
