I've been enjoying Dolomite pictures today and have been asking myself if the caption on this one is ok. Isn't this Campanile Basso in Brenta? Ralf

No No No, this is not Campanile Basso, Ralf. There is a resemblance but Bergerturm is MUCH MUCH smaller. I thought, you had been to Sella - but probably not there. This tower is in the upper part of Val di Mesdi. The picture was taken from the top on the Sella plateau, right near to the Boè Refuge. Or to be more correct: from the part between Val di Mesdi and Val Lasties.
