Voted 10/10 | yes right, Bart Naert. I have some mail contact with him. unbelievable what for mountains he made solo. the biggest and most dangerous glacier he had crossed solo...thanks for the info.

I often read his trip reports on his site. He always talked honestly and passionately about his time in the mountains. For me he is an inspiration. We were on Badile a year after his accident. I was climbing with him in my thoughts, even though I didn't know him. It made me conscious about how precious life is, and how wonderful to experience beautiful mountains, like Badile.
