Drowning [ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Drowning
Sirengou village is drowning slowly. Si-ren-gou means dead man's canal. The small well which fed the lake got larger and larger and the water level of the lake has been rising constantly and the old part of the village is now under water. A new settlement has grown up about 1.5km down the road.

Thanks!
Yes, The Tibetan High Plateau is a really nice place and the soft light in the mornings and evenings is contributing to the beauty.
