February 15, 1997. The view...
February 15, 1997. The view from my parents' backyard in Spanaway the day we buried my dog Bandit. He was 15. This lenticular was seen by many and even won photography contests, unfortunately not by me.

If I were a judge at a photography contest you would get a blue ribbon from me. Great Shot. Lenticular clouds are so cool.

Great lenticular which is more horizontally displaced from the top than usual. A bit like an Alien Spacecraft.

Here's one picture of the same lenticular. I'm not sure if this is the guy who won the first place prize for Weatherwise Magazine. The name is vaguely familiar.

Also, found this lenticular pictures page on the web. Some interesting shots there.

There seem to be many hits on the subject on the web.
