Looking north from Illumination Saddle. To access the Reid Headwall routes, descend onto the Reid Glacier, traverse approximately 100 yards, then begin climbing before the rock outcropping (in the very bottom left corner of this photo). Beyond that same outcropping is Leuthold Couloir.
