Muztagh Tower has always seemed to me as one of the most beautiful mountains in the world. You caught it magnificently, it is obvious that the shot has been performed by an experienced master of photography. My cordial compliments and thanks for posting. Afzal, would you be so kind and tell us who were the first conquerors of this superb mountain. It has to be a very difficult exploit to climb Muztagh Tower, regretably my knowledge about it is very scarce.
Best regards,
Andrej

Thank you very much for your kind words about my photography. I am really very thankful for your kind apreciation on my work.

The Muztagh Tower, is a mountain of the Karakoram range in Pakistan, one of most beautiful and considered to be one of its most difficult climb in Karakoram . The Muztagh Tower stands 7,273m high between the basins of the Baltoro and Younghusband glacier. It was Long considred to be unclimbable, it was first conquered in 1956 by a British expedition, consisting of John Hartog, Joe Brown, Tom Patey and Ian McNaught Davis, that came from the west side. The group just barely managed to beat a French party attempting to climb the mountain from the east, reaching the top on July 6 1956, five days before the French did. This year one expedition team is visiting Pakistan for conquering this giant Peak of Karakoram. I personaly wish/pray for the success of the expedition.
Thanks again for your kind comments and apreciation on my work.
Best regards, Afzal
