Voted 10/10 | Nice series of photos from Lewis Peak. I like the sky above Big Ben. I was out hiking on that day and had the same dark clouds in my photos. | | Posted May 27, 2008 5:36 am |

Hasn't voted | Where were you at? I was surprised that I didn't see anyone on Lewis that day. I guess maybe those clouds made everyone think twice. Thanks for the comments. | | Posted May 27, 2008 6:39 pm |

Voted 10/10 | I was hiking up a new route on Bountiful Peak. The next day I climbed a peak on the northeast side of Mount Ogden. It was cloudy on both days so I think that kept all of the people away. | | Posted May 27, 2008 10:28 pm |

Hasn't voted | which side of Bountiful Peak were you going up?
Was the peak on the Mt. Ogden ridge? | | Posted May 27, 2008 10:56 pm |

Voted 10/10 | I went up the west side of Bountiful Peak. The route is called Davis Creek and has several waterfalls. The trail isn’t finished yet and is sometimes hard to follow. I think this will be the most direct route up the mountain when it is completed.
Yes, I was on the ridge that extends northeast of Mt. Ogden. The people at Snowbasin call this one No Name Peak. Then I climbed Sardine Peak which has a good view. I was surprised to find a nice trail to the saddle to overlooks Ogden Canyon. I had been to this area before but it was always covered in snow. | | Posted May 27, 2008 11:23 pm |
