A lone climber stands atop the east turret of Castle Peak. The class 4 West Face route off the summit block is marked in red. Only the top 15-20ft are class 4, the rest class 3. Feb 13, 2004

Was the register snowed in on that ascent? I found it in a crevice right at the point of the red line when I was up there today (5/28/07)

It was in a crack, buried in snow. We dug it out and signed it, Feb 13, 2004.
