Cold afternoon [ Sizes: Orig | Large | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Cold afternoon
Results of a cold afternoon being patient waiting for any sun that would show up on Mount Assiniboine. This would be the best the sun gods would offer me on this day. But it does convey how cold it was. Well worth the wait. September 27, 2008. William Marler, Nikon Cool Pix 8000.

I am blown away. This is one of the best mountain photos I've ever seen. The colors, contrast, the whole atmosphere conveys so much feeling. Also, thanks for posting a good high-res file, this is now my desktop!
