Furkotský štít (2405 m) seen from the Furkotské saddle (2277 m).

There's some amount of snow indicating the old trail. Trail continues from the saddle to the right up through a snowfield to the south ridge of Furkotský štít. Old trail reached the south (right) ridge just 35 meters below the summit. This trail is no longer available.

We continued directly up through the west ridge (walk-up, with parts of Ist grade UIAA).
