Sunset in Rozanski Kukovi group on North Velebit from the summit of Crikvena (1641m). In the middle are cliffs of Varnjaca (1630m). Behind, by the right edge, is Vratarski Kuk (1676m).

Just brilliant! Very few photos have made me want to visit an unfamiliar place more than this shot! It looks very rocky - what is the climbing like there?

	Hasn't voted	Thanks Dan!! It is well worth the visiting, scenery is amazing and very unique! Rozanski Kukovi group is strict preserve for almost 40 years and climbing is forbidden here. But if you like climbing Paklenica canyon on South Velebit (this is North Velebit) offers endless choice of routes and you can combine these two areas in one visit.
