Looking Southeast to Southwest from Teakettle Mountain.

In this photo from left to right are Hungry Horse, Montana, the South Fork of the Flathead River and the Great Bear Wilderness, The Swan Range and Bob Marshall Wilderness and the Hungry Horse Reservoir. To the left of Hungry Horse Reservoir is Great Northern and Mount Grant. The close-by large mountain is Columbia Mountain with U.S. Highway #2 winding through Bad Rock Canyon, the Flathead River flows toward the Flathead Valley and Columbia Falls. In the right forground is the Columbia Falls Alluminum Plant and in the far distance is the Salish Range. To the far right is a portion of the Whitefish Range.
