Aaron JohnsonNE RIDGE PROFILE

Voted 10/10

Looks nice. We climbed this route with SP's colonelpyat two years ago and it was great fun (though amazingly steep to the ridge). This ridge is also steeper than it looks just below the summit. We edged out onto the east face for the summit push, but it was amazingly steep as well. From the summit we looked down the side visible in this photo and saw a large herd of bighorn sheep that probably calls this region of the Sangres home. Adams is a classic looking peak!
