northern couloir [ Sizes: Orig | Small | Thumb ]
northern couloir
Crozzon di Brenta (right) and north-couloir of Cima Tosa seen from the pittoresque chapel at the Brentei hut (September 1997). Summit of Cima Tosa is not visible. As you can see, September is not the right season for climbing the couloir!

"After the first glass, you see things as you wish they were. After the second, you see things as they are not. Finally, you see things as they really are, which is the most horrible thing in the world."   --Oscar Wilde on Absinthe
