About four miles into the hike the first views of Snowmass appear. Looking up the Bear Creek drainage which leads to Pierre Lakes. The summit appears in the back of this image and North Snowmass is to the right and is more prominent from this vantage point.

Bear Creek Drainage, nice area. Let me know if you ever want to head on up into the Pierre Lakes, it would be an honor to go back up in there. Sorry ya'll didn't make it. Maybe next time.
