Yes and it occurs on Corsica - and that's just a strait of 20km width away....

very nice contrast in colours, with the colourful orchid in front of... what? the colour reminds me of lavender, but it is not - a salix of some kind?

The sardinian plants are now declared as Orchis ichnusae, formerly they were called Orchis olbiensis subsp. ichnusae.
