Ascending Hochgolling in August, 1999, we set up a tent at the end of Gollingwinkel, a wonterful amphiteater below the 1200m high north face of Hochgolling. Horses were grazing grass all the night and I was afraid they will fall on us. Then in the morning they appeared to be very friendly.
