Highpoint of Zala county in Hungary between the 11th century and 1950. The mountain belongs to the southern part of the Bakony mountain range. The mass of the summit is composed of Pliocene age basalt.
In 1950 the area of Zala county was administratively modified. Since then the highpoint of Zala county is an unnamed summit in Keszthelyi-hegység near the peak Köves-tető, having an approximate altitude of 452 m.
